106th Birmingham Guide Company

To provide a programme of activities which help each individual to develop physically and spiritually. Special emphasis on teamwork and thinking for oneself. 

Activities: Eight point programme, centred round the promise and laws, e.g. service, keeping fit, enjoying the out-of-doors, exploring the arts, becoming a homemaker, getting to know people, thinking for yourself, keeping the guide laws, camps, hikes, working for badges (70 altogether). Taking responsibility in organising projects, development of personal manners whilst having quite a bit of fun. 

Membership: Girls age 10-15 years.
