Called to Serve

In partnership with the Vocations Office we are running again the Called to Serve Altar Servers Retreat — a weekend packed with faith, fun, and a little bit of adventure!

Together we’ll dive into what it really means to be an altar server: coming together as a community, sharing our love for the liturgy, and discovering new ways to grow in service. All in the wonderful grounds of Alton Castle and Soli.

Along the way, we’ll explore different vocations, hear inspiring stories of faith and service from across the diocese, and take time to reflect on where God is calling us.

👥 Who can come?
Altar servers should attend as a parish group with an adult leader who holds a Diocesan DBS.

✨ Not part of a parish group?
We have a limited number of spaces for young people coming on their own — but be quick, they’ll go fast!

Dates: Friday 27th February - Sunday 1st March
Cost: £109 (heavily subsidised by KYT)
